Medical Practice Managers throughout the Central Highlands region are coming together to explore new developments in the provision of health services. The May 1st workshop focuses on the practicalities of service delivery utilising advanced technologies. The impact of next generation broadband on health services will also be explored through the free workshop and networking opportunity.
The initiative is a collaboration between Regional Workforce Agency Victoria and the University of Ballarat’s Centre for eCommerce and Communications. The two entities are working towards similar goals. RWAV is a not for profit, government funded agency that specialises in the recruitment, placement and support of GPs, Nurses and Allied Health Professionals. RWAV offers a comprehensive recruitment and placement service targeted towards placing healthcare professionals in practices in regional Victoria. This includes professional development for service providers.
